mmhmmmm something really personal?

I get really bad panic attacks .. like really bad ones .. i bet i look crazy; sometimes i get them for no reason they just decide to stop bye..i cant control them for nothing .. so if im alone its hard to stop them . but if im with you just tell me to breath i should calm down.. but i havent had one in like a month i think .so thats good i guess cause i get them often ..
mmhhmm i swear i have insomnia -_- .. i get like 5 hours of sleep a night .. i'll go to bed at like 11isshh wake up at 2 go back to bed at 4 wake up at 6 -_-
i ask a lot of questions like a lot ! -_- i bet its annoying :/ i just try to understand people as much as possible ...
